config files of interest:
/usr/local/majordomo/domain-name/lists/list-name.config

You WILL want to change options in that file, read it CAREFULLY so you
understand all the choices.
Here are the ones I changed (that I remember):
moderator
subject_prefix
message_footer
message_fronter
message_header
reply_to
administravia - and others associated with it.

I haven't seen a way to allow customers to set this up themselves, maybe
they can ftp it, not sure, I do it for them, and charge them one-time list
setup fees per list.

If you would like, I will copy/paste a copy into an email.
