These programs are all located in /usr/bin/.  A user would have to be logged in as
root to delete these files.  If it wasn't you or someone else with root access I'd
presume your system has been compromised and recommend wiping the server and starting
fresh.  When you do ls /usr/bin/*ma* is there any output?

The programs are all available on http://ftp.cobaltnet.com/products/raq3/RPMS/ or
http://ftp.cobaltnet.com/products/raq2/RPMS/ as RPMs so you can reinstall them.  But
unless you think you accidentally deleted them when logged in as root you're system
may have been compromised.
