We recently did a security update (siteUserAdd Update 2.96) which has 
killed the ability for use to modify or add additional email aliases etc 
through the GUI.
Cobalt Support don't even know what the hell is wrong with it. Luckily it 
affects our only RaQ2, all our others are RaQ3's

No, all security updates are installed when they are
released from Cobalt.

This has been going on for quite some time but I just got a
chance to put it out here for suggestions.
