Here's the definitive reply from the source <wry grin>...
You need at least two IP#s.
One IP# for (for example) ns1.yourdomain.com, and one for (for example)
ns2.yourdomain.com.
Both of these nameservers must be set up with whatever registrar (i.e.,
networksolutions) registered "yourdomain.com".
Then when you set up DNS on your RaQ only set up the regular records.
Do not (REPEAT: do NOT) set up any secondary nameserver records or you
WILL break things.
Remember, this is NOT a good idea, it results in DNS that will often
break and cause mail to be bounced with the error that your domain
doesn't exist. Will cause web-browser errors that say your domain
doesn't exist.
