[cobalt-developers] RAQ2 Auto Site Addition

Hello,

I'm on a RAQ2 and I'm trying to take advantage of siteadd.cgi - what would
be an appropriate URL that would setup a 1) site, 2) user on that site,
including the parameters needed to make it a one time click?
