i don`t understand the second url in your example; does not seem to be
valid.
could be done by a fairly simple cgi script, if you don`t have too much
traffic : first url contains a simple form, calling a cgi script (that
can log user name, password and some env. variables, like ip adress) and
then read in and output another file
