My recommendation is to advertise "unlimited hits per month" and then in
the fine print detail that they are limited to a total transfer limit
equal to their allocated disk space. Further indicate that bandwidth in
excess of their allotted amount will incur additional charges. Those rates
should be charged at no less than 20% of what your cost will be. I don't
know how your host charges for over-limit, but whatever the next increment
up is should be charged back to the customers who use it.
