Hi, i have done this, i had to edit the Cobalt Control Panel files for 
this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the raq3, i just made a command when you 
add a user, if he is a site admin to execute this command:
/usr/sbin/usermod -d /home/sites/sitenumberhere username

and then, you MUST MUST MUSt make sure, that when a user deletes a siteadmin, 
that it DOES NOT remove the homedir, or teh site will be deleted! (again edit 
the configuration files)

It's very risky. i can get you the deatils for doing it on a raq 3....
