Set the site to accept mail for the domain.  Either create a user or alias "joe" on
the site or add a catch-all account to the site (in this case make sure there isn't a
Linux user named "joe" or that account may receive the email instead of the desired
account).

BTW, this topic would probably be more appropriate for cobalt-users.
