Down at the bottom of that page, under the heading "cobalt-developers
Subscribers", it has the following:

"To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes,
get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from cobalt-developers),
enter your subscription email address:"

after which, you enter your "subscription email address" and click on the
"Edit Options" button - this brings you to a screen from which you can
"unsubscribe".
