It's my understanding, if cgi Wrap is removed, one will not be able 
to execute cgi scripts and other associated problems.

I suppose I need to know more about ownership permissions
of directories and hopefully that will cause the errors reported
to the server log to go away :)

Any input on this subject will be apprecitated.
