Hi, if you notice in teh httpd.conf file under the domain, there are a bunch 
of lines like rewriterule and rewriteoption, those basically say:
if you call www.domain.com forward it to www.domain.com:80, but before you 
redirect it, it executes teh script thereby executing it 2 times. If you 
would comment out those lines (that start with rewrite) buy placing a # it 
would work fine, but you would not get access to the /siteadmin /admin 
/personal urls on that domain :( Email me if you need anythimg more :)
