Can you please try to simulate this:
creat a domain on your raq3 (Dont need to add teh DNS) - just add teh domain 
mytestdomain.com
then goto the site settings
add a user named test with the password domain (site admin and telnet access 
only)
set that user to have aliases:
  admin, webmaster, theman
then add a nother user with mytest as the userid and password domain (site 
admin and telnet access only)
no aliases
then delete the username test and edit the mail settings for mytest to have 
the aliaes:
  admin, webmaster, theman  -> COPY AND PASTE THAT EXACTLY
then, try to logon, the home dir (/home/sites/site*) is deleted! Please 
confirm this :)
