Yes its a bug that was fixed. My RaQ3 is fine after cobalt sent me the 
Patch. its to do with the RTC hardware and the bios. the patch sets the 
hardware into 24Hr Clock mode and not 12hr Clock mode  else it thinks it 
Midnight to times per day

I cant find the patch here but ask Cobalt for it to be published. If I find 
it I will post it here.
