[cobalt-developers] Unbound IP Addresses

We have twice experienced a situation where all but a few of the IP
addresses being bound to our Cobalt have become "unbound".  If you look at
the output of an ifconfig, there are the local interfaces, usually eth0, and
one or two virtual interfaces, beyond that, the other 100+ virtual
interfaces are no longer there.  It has only happened twice (once today and
once about two months ago), but causes major complaints from our clients
when it does.
