"We're" refers to the company.  "nobaloney.net" runs an ISP, open 24/7. 
We've got tech support 24/7.  We answer phones 24/7.  We return calls
24/7.  I do most of the consulting at this point (though by no means
all) and I'm willing to do some work for you today.
