Go into the ftp and telnet configurations and set it up so that user is not
able to log on via those services. The telnet can be done via the "sauce",
but you'll have to go into the ftp setup to deny access to specific users
or groups. I don't remember off hand where the config files are on the
Cobalt boxes, but in other Unices it's in the /usr/ftp/etc dir. The way
I've done it, is assign them all to the same group, then deny that group
access to all services except mail I even make the remote users use their
own SMTP server, as we don't relay mail.
