Apologies if this is a stupid question, I am new to cobalt
products, but not to unix as I've installed just about every
unix variant under the sun on a raw disk at one time or
another.
I need to change the kernel on a RaQ3.
I got the kernel to compile with the sources on it (After I fixed a bogus
drivers/scsi/sg.h in the kernel tree that comes with it, with a replacement
from a stock linux distro).
But how do I replace the boot block.... I note that there is a man page for lilo
but no binary. The boot directory is also devoid of the usual lilo cruft
so I don't assume that's the right way....
I've looked at the very web interface oriented manual and had a
quick glance through the archives of this developers list and still
no joy...
Can anyone here help me out?
thanks in advance,
