[cobalt-developers] Changing the default html page

How do I define a default html page other than index.html?  Eh - I want
home.htm to be used when I just enter the domain name.

Example www.mydomain.com returns www.mydomain.com/home.htm


And (with my RAQ1) - I only want this to apply to one of my virtual sites -
not all of the sites on my RAQ
