RE: [cobalt-developers] Auto-Responders on RAQ 3i

Use procmail. Create a .procmailrc file with this recipe for each
autoresponder you want:

================================================
SHELL=/bin/sh
LOGFILE=$HOME/mail/.procmail-log
VERBOSE=off

:0 hc
* ^TOinfo@xxxxxxxxxxxx
* !^FROM_DAEMON
* !^X-Loop: info@xxxxxxxxxxxx
  | (formail -rtb -I"Precedence: junk" \
     -I"From: <webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx>" \
     -A"X-Loop: info@xxxxxxxxxxxx"; \
     cat $HOME/ars/info.txt \
     ) | $SENDMAIL -oi -t
:0 A:
$DEFAULT
================================================

Create a new user for the domain, in this case it was 'ars' and then
create aliases for each autoresponder you need and a text file for each
one. The .procmailrc file goes in the user home directory. Works well but no
gui.

Subject: [cobalt-developers] Auto-Responders on RAQ 3i

I have a RAQ 3i and I'm wondering how to get auto-responders to work on it.
 I have attempted to find mreply to install on the machine, but every link
found up to this point is linked to a nonexistent address. Can I do
autoresponders with majordomo? I just need a quick pointer in the right
direction. I actually RTFM most of the time, but have had no luck with
this one.  Thanks.
