You should also look into the offerings from Cyclades -- they've been working to make sure their cards work on the Qube 2.

You'll need to make sure you've installed the Unified Kernel Update as well as the Unified Kernel Tools Update. Both are available from ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/developer and other places at Cobalt.

Also, the first several months of production of the Qube 2 did not have +12v and -12v brought out to the PCI slot, which is required by many serial cards. We relaid out the main logic board when we found this flaw, and all Qube 2 servers made during the last quarter of 1999, and everything made in 2000 has the full PCI voltage values.

The Qube 2 that you have is a recent one, and has all the voltages you need.
