Having just done this, and for CCs, here's my suggestions.

1) get PGP or GPG installed - if recipients are likely to be smaller
businesses, PGP seems to be the thing coz most people can get a windows
client for it up and running quite easily.

2) get the client's public key in a local text file and add it to the keyring.

3) sign the key using your keyring's main signing key (can cause problems
if unsigned)

4) use a script like the one I posted last week (it pretty much works like
that - it was the not signing the key that was causing me problems, not
CGI-WRAP)
