I'm confused, do you want to send a secure message to the customer
who is visiting/submitting to the site? Or do you want to deliver
a secured message to the person paying you to host the site?
If it's the case of the former, use the SSL session to display
the information.
In the event of the latter, pgp and gpg are options as is S/MIME
although I'm not sure if there's say a module for that at CPAN
at the moment. What you could do is with a cgi in this case is
to reserve a field for the hoster to input the path to his public
key stored on the server. Your script can then call pgp/gpp to
encrypt the message before sending it.
