Enrique and all,

While my point of view may seem biased, being a Cobalt employee, I want
to address this just briefly.

When you monitor this list, you are seeing the creme-de-la-creme of
Cobalt users, often trying to make their boxes do things we never
anticipated.  In that course, there are sometimes troubles.  We are
working hard at not only anticipating better, but making our products
more flexible so people can still do what we don't anticipate.  This
list, like the other cobalt lists, are the vocal minority.

If everyone, or even 1/10 of people had trouble, you would be reading
hundreds and hundreds (or more) of emails per day on these lists :)
Even at Cobalt, we do watch the lists, and we often discuss what changes
we can make to help cut traffic/problems.  That is why the lists exist.
But we must always remember that you rarely get public emails saying "My
systems work fine" :)

To all,

Thnaks to everyone who reccommends Cobalt systems, uses Cobalt systems,
and buys Cobalt systems.  The glowing reviews that come from real users
are the most poignant.  We are working hard to make the systms better on
all facets.

Those of you that are having trouble, please let us know how we can make
the systems/process better for you.  We want to help.
