I believe that IEA is working on porting their backend code to Oracle.
Depending on how far along they are, yes, you could run the software on
the Raq.
However, the management CLIENT, which is used to connect to the ODBC
source and manage all of the database tables, usernames, billing etc... is
still a Win32 app.
