On the email server - what's the best way to handle email aliases? That is, if I want bob@mydomain to really point to 12345.678@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, is it smartest to just create a one-person mailing list called bob?
That's not an alias; that's a forward. When people write to <bob@xxxxxxxxxxxx> you want the mail sent to <12345.678@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, right?
You just enter "12345.678@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" (without the quotes) into the "Forward Email To" field on the cobalt gui interface for the user's email.
I'm using a RaQ2, but I presume the answer is the same for all the cobalt products.
