That is it. Discovered that after adding this to the "frontpage.cfg" you
must
disable the web then enable it again for the change to stick.

Check the FP configuration files in /usr/local/frontpage, do they
contain the line "SMTPHost: 127.0.0.1"?  If so is sendmail running
locally?
