I would also have a suggestion for the Raq3 kernel developers..
1. Include the latest RAID patches into the kernel
ftp://ftp.us.kernel.org/pub/linux/daemons/raid/alpha/raid0145-19990824-2.2.11.gz
2. Make it a 2.2.14 kernel
3. Compile the MD drivers as Modules. There are those of us that have gone
through hell to make our Raq3 units boot and run off of Raid-1 root
filesystems.
4. Make sure the Bwmgmt module can be loaded by other kernels.
I've succesfully modified my Raq3 to boot and run everything in Raid-1.
The most frustrating part was dealing with the broken Kernel sources that
the Raq3 shipped with!
