Well I am finding there are many libs missing and have to add libgd libttf 
libpne zlib to get another package to work (the UPS tools)

I also want to use PHP3 with the already installed postgres db. So please 
also add me to the list for a howto. I am sure that cobalt have done this 
already since their own site is saying its powered by PHP3 !
