[cobalt-developers] URGENT Restore a backup file!!!!

Dear sirs,

We have a big problem on a RAQ 2 server. We have to restore on it some
backup files but any time we run the browser based restore procedure we
experice some troubles.

This is exactly what we do and what we get:

1) we login to the virtual site as 'siteadmin';
2) we click on the 'restore' button;
3) we browse our PC hard disk and we select the backup file;
4) we enable the check box in order to make a selective restore;
5) we confirm the start of the restore;
6) the whole list of file is shown on the screen;
7) we select the files we want to restore and we confirm to proceed with
the restore of the selected files;
8) on the screen appear <!C... and nothing else happen.

Do you have an idea of how we can restore these files? Is there a way to
extract from the .raq file some files manually?
