[cobalt-developers] Fw: Actinic Network Settings

Hello there,

Our customer is still having problems with actinic - he's sure it is
either because of information we have given him or something up with his
account. He's downloaded the latest parched from Actinic and reinstalled
everything - things do still not work. Can you have a quick look at it for
us please and let us know if you can see anything out of the norm.
