[cobalt-developers] Web server down - Error messages

I have a web server down and have found the
following error messages (After running shutdown)
in my var/log directory:

Dec  6 13:31:38 server kernel: [httpsd:4183]
Illegal instruction at 2ad17914 ra=2b4 ab760
Dec  6 13:37:50 server in.qpopper[4291]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134
Dec  6 13:38:46 server in.qpopper[4296]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134
Dec  6 13:39:36 server in.qpopper[4300]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134
Dec  6 13:40:36 server in.qpopper[4306]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134
Dec  6 13:40:47 server in.qpopper[4308]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134
Dec  6 13:41:25 server in.qpopper[4312]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134
Dec  6 13:43:35 server in.qpopper[4319]: Unable to
obtain socket and address of client, err = 134

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

Also where else can I look to find where the
problem may be?
