I can't comment on the RaQ3, but we are in the process of moving our data, and as such you can find different content at different locations. Patches and updates are available from ftp://ftp.cobalt.com All the old stuff you liked so much (developer, experimental, SRPMS) are all available at ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com (not the difference in domain name).
